China Ship realized operating income of 78.584 billion yuan in 2024

Among them, shipbuilding and repair and marine engineering business realized operating income of 75.374 billion yuan, application industry operating income of 2.293 billion yuan; realize net profit attributable to the parent company of 3.614 billion yuan, an increase of 22.21%.
The annual report shows that in terms of operational work, in 2024, China Shipbuilding undertook a total of 154 civil ship orders/12,724,600 dwt/103.900 billion yuan (according to the exchange rate at the end of 2024, the same below), ship repair business undertook 296 ships/2,073 million yuan for the year, and the application industry undertook contracts amounting to 2.290 billion yuan for the year. By the end of 2024, the company has accumulated civil ship orders of 322 ships/24,610,700 DWT/216.962 billion yuan; ship repair orders of 63 ships/918 million yuan, offshore equipment contract orders amounting to 743 million yuan, and application industry contract orders amounting to 1.382 billion yuan.
In terms of production work, in 2024, China Shipbuilding completed and delivered 93 ships/ 7,213,400 DWT of civil vessels, the tonnage completed 112.74% of the annual plan. For the year, it repaired and completed 277 ships/2.169 billion yuan, delivered 1.694 billion yuan of output value of applied industrial equipment, and delivered one 340,000-ton FPSO for the offshore business.
In addition, according to the company's 2024 annual profit distribution plan shows that the clear cash dividend of 2.50 yuan per 10 shares (including tax), the total amount of dividends paid 1.118 billion yuan, accounting for the company's 2024 annual net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company 30.94%.
