The liquefaction terminal of Huanghua Port in Hebei Province opened to the public
On April 15, a ceremony was held to officially open to the public the Taidi Liquefaction Terminal of Huanghua Port in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.
Huanghua Port, located at the dome of Bohai Bay, is known as the 'bridgehead of the new channel of the Asia-Europe Continental Bridge'. As an important energy port, the coal throughput of Huanghua Port has exceeded 200 million tons for three consecutive years. In recent years, in order to expand the single coal output port into a modern comprehensive service port, an international trade port and an important hub of 'one belt and one road', Huanghua Port has built 46 productive berths for ore, grain and oil, general bulk cargoes, etc., and become a convenient outlet to the sea for the central and western regions and Xiongan New Area.
On March 9 this year, the Tedi Liquefaction Terminal was approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province for opening to the public. The hydraulic structure of the terminal is designed to berth 100,000-ton bulk carriers with an annual throughput capacity of 4.4 million tons. The scale of the first phase of land construction is 334,000 cubic meters of storage area and supporting facilities, and the cargoes to be handled are crude oil, fuel oil, gasoline, diluted asphalt, industrial mixed oil, mixed aromatics, etc.
Zeng Guoyong, president of the Petroleum Industry Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, said that the hinterland of Huanghua Port has an annual demand of more than 20 million tons of crude oil, fuel oil and diluted asphalt, and the liquefaction terminal of Taiji is in the shortest distance on land in Bohai Bay, which can provide inlet and outlet for many petrochemical enterprises in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jin, Mongolia and Lu, build a new channel for foreign trade at sea, and realize that foreign trade goods can be declared into tanks, loaded or piped to production plants in the region, It also enables foreign trade goods to be declared into tanks, loaded or piped to production plants within the region, which significantly reduces the operating costs of enterprises.
