Independent Property Rights! The first rotary piling ship in China is here!
On June 30th, "SANHANG PILE 22", a 110-meter rotary piling ship invested and built by CCCC SANHANG Bureau, was successfully launched in Yangzhong, Jiangsu Province. As the first domestic rotary piling ship designed and built by China and possessing completely independent intellectual property rights, this ship fills the blank of rotary piling ship in China.
The ship is 99m long, 34m wide, 7.2m deep, 4m full load design draft, 110m pile frame height to meet the requirement of pile sinking with 150t pile weight, 800t max crane weight@40m, 95m+ water depth for effective pile sinking, 3m max planting OD, and navigable height less than 47m. The vessel is a non-self-propelled vessel, which has greater improvement in pile sinking capacity and efficacy than the luffing type piling vessel, has lower berthing requirements for the transportation vessel, and adjusts the attitude by slewing, which effectively shortens the pile sinking time. The boom can be folded, with new function of remodeling old wharf to replenish piles. The vessel is suitable for piling operation and towing dispatch in offshore, coastal and sheltered sea areas; meets the requirements of unmanned towing dispatch in international offshore navigation area; set up the satellite positioning system with centimeter-level accuracy, which can accurately locate the piling; equipped with 8-point mooring positioning system, which is able to carry out the mooring and positioning operation under the stipulated sea conditions; and has the expanding function of taking into account of lifting vessel.
The market share of SANVA's hydro-engineering business ranks the first in China, and the design and construction of the vessel positively responds to the call of the state to "develop the new quality productivity", which fully demonstrates SANVA's independent innovation and technical strength in the field of marine engineering. At present, the ship's systems installation and commissioning work has been carried out one after another, and with the successful completion of the Jishui node, it signifies another step forward to the delivery target.
