China's first set of 50,000 tonnes of tension jacks traction ship loading system successfully applied


  This reporter was informed on the 29th from the ocean petroleum engineering Co., Ltd, China's first set of 50,000-tonne tension jack traction ship loading system in Kenli 10-2 oil field central processing platform ship loading process to achieve the first application, the overall performance has reached the international advanced level, marking China's large-scale offshore oil and gas structures loading capacity to make a key breakthrough.


  The ship loading Kenli 10-2 central processing platform design weight of more than 20,000 tons, is the heaviest weight in the Bohai Sea waters, the largest size of the offshore oil and gas platform, using 50,000 tons of tension jack traction loading system, traction distance of more than 200 m, the average loading speed of 25 m / h, efficiency compared with similar foreign equipment to enhance about 60%.


  According to Song Xiaoxiu, the person in charge of Haiyang Oil Engineering's tension jack traction ship loading system, the 50,000-tonne tension jack traction ship loading system is independently researched and developed by Haiyang Oil Engineering in conjunction with Liuzhou Ovim Machinery Co. The maximum hauling weight can be up to 50,000 tonnes. Compared with conventional ship loading equipment, the system has achieved remarkable results in terms of operational safety, operation and maintenance efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction.


  Since the delivery of the system, Haiyang Oil Engineering has organised many no-load, full-load and overload tests, carried out all-round testing of key equipment such as oil pipes, cables and control systems, and constructed a ‘dual redundant’ network structure between the monitoring room and control room by means of iterative upgrading of the control system and establishment of a multi-parameter real-time monitoring system, which enhances the stability and reliability of system operation and improves the reliability of system operation and the stability of the data link. Stability, enhance the reliability of system operation and operational coordination efficiency.


  It is reported that in the past ten years, Haiyang Oil Engineering has cumulatively completed about 300 structures towing and loading, including 34 structures of 10,000 tonnes, independently mastered all types of loading technologies such as marine structure lifting and loading, SPMT (Self-Propelled Module Transportation Vehicle) loading, transverse and longitudinal towing and loading, and has built a 1,000-tonne pulling jack cluster, an intelligent hydraulic power station, and high-precision booster devices, Integrated control system and Internet of Things monitoring platform as the core of the independent technology system, ship loading capacity from 17,000 tonnes to 50,000 tonnes of leapfrog development, for China's marine oil and gas equipment to provide a full range of technical support for the efficient construction.
